At Motostuhl, we dedicate ourselves to inspiring curiosity and make
sitting active. Our products and our promise to stand behind their quality

Motostuhl retail products, including chairs, standing desks and accessories,
are backed by our 5-year warranty.
 
To obtain Warranty Service and Troubleshooting Information, please email to
our dedicated Customer Experience team at support@motostuhl.com.
 
During the applicable warranty period, Motostuhl, as its sole obligation,
will replace (at its option) any product, accessories covered by this warranty
and sold after the effective date of this warranty, which fails under normal
use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship.
 
This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchasers who acquire
new product from us and is not transferable. Any product, accessories
must have been used according to Motostuhl's published instructions.
 
Any misuse, abuse, or modification to the original product voids the warranty.
Motostuhl does not warrant the performance of the product when used
in combination with other than the original Motostuhl product.
 
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
This document inclusively describes all of the warranties given and
remedies available with respect to the company's products and services.
 
This warranty is only applicable to the contiguous United States
and does not include Hawaii and Guam.
 
We disclaim any other warranty whether
express or implied, statutory or otherwise, in relation to the products.

 

Motostuhl does not warrant: 

- Wear and tear associated with normal use
- Natural variations in fabric or figure or the presence of character marks
- Cosmetic damages, such as scratches, nicks and dents
- Changes in surface finishes, including colorfastness, due to aging
or exposure to light
- Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in the material
- Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication,
or unauthorized repair
- Removal of any manufacturer label(s) or sticker(s)
- Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance
with any supplied product instructions
- Any foreign objects abrading fabric over time
- Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in
materials or workmanship
- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions or that have been
subject to improper storage.
- Also excluded from this warranty are counterfeit products; that is,
products that Motostuhl, at its sole discretion, determines were not
manufactured by Motostuhl or any of its authorized manufacturing partners
 
 
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED AND TO
THE EXTENT THEY ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED, ARE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
Motostuhl SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TIME,
INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
 
Applies in US only: Some states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions
in the two preceding paragraphs may not apply. This warranty gives the
purchaser specific legal rights; however, the purchaser may also have
other rights that may vary from state to state.
