Order Confirmation

A confirmation email that includes your estimated shipping date will be sent to you after the order has been placed. Once your order is shipped:
  • We will send a Shipment Confirmation email that provides you with a tracking number(s) of the shipment, along with the link for tracking your package(s) on the next working day of the estimated ship date.
  • You will then receive the order at the shipping address provided within the time frame based on your location.
If you find that your order(s) has passed the estimated shipping date but you do not have the tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Department by email to support@motostuhl.com or live chat.


Shipping Service

We use third-party shipping partners (Fedex Ground) to deliver our products to customers. However, we are now diversifying our shipping methods to provide customers with faster shipping.Currently, free shipping is only available for customers within the contiguous U.S.(excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)


Keep In Mind:

  • We are unable to ship to any PO Box/APO address.
  • Free shipping is applied for all Motostuhl products purchased directly on the website.
  • Please be aware that we offer ground shipping service but no other expediting shipping options.


Shipping Time Frame

The shipping time frame is how long it takes for the product to reach your location. The shipping time frame is calculated from the estimated shipping date to the delivered date. Please note that each item in one order may have different estimated shipping dates due to different stock availability.

The shipping time frame varies depending on your locations:
  • The United States - The 48 contiguous states: 2 to 5 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date.
  • We are unable to deliver to the following states and areas currently: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.


Multiple Shipments

Sometimes you may find that your order is delivered in several packages. That means items are shipped from different Motostuhl warehouses for a number of reasons:
  • By separately packaging components we may lower the risk of any damage or breakages during transit
  • We have multiple warehouse locations, and our separate packaging gives our shipping partners the flexibility to pick up and deliver your order
  • We are able to optimize our shipping costs and continue to provide you with free shipping (except oversized products)

 

Sales Tax & VAT

The tax amount you’re paying at checkout on our website is either sales tax, GST or VAT varying by country. Tax will be calculated when you input your shipping address during the checkout process.


Shipping Damage

The Motostuhl USA ships all chairs in unopened boxes that come directly from our factory so customers will receive their chairs in pristine condition. If your chair was damaged upon arrival please contact us via live chat or email to support@motostuhl.com within 7 days of receiving your chair. We will certainly be able to address your concerns.

Missing Or Lost Packages

In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:
  • Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
  • Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)
  • Motostuhl reserves the right to deny assistance or responsibility for all the lost claims, which are reported to us after 30 days from the delivery date, or because customer provides the incorrect/incomplete shipping address


Some carrier’s delivery notification can be shot out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately to us by live chat or sending email to support@motostuhl.com. So that our Customer Service Department can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to The United States. Please stay tuned when we start shipping to other countries.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive.

However, we cannot guarantee the estimated arrival time, since shipping speed depends on the delivery

How much does the shipping cost?

We provide FREE SHIPPING on all the products to most states except for the following: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam.

Do all products require assembly?

Some items arrive fully assembled and ready to use, right out of the box. Others require assembly. Check the product detail pages for specific information.

For items that require assembly, we provide easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions and/or tutorial videos. Find additional information in our User Manuals.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day Free Return.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, feel free to contact us at:

  • visit contact us to start your return procedure.

Any product purchased through us must contact us before returning goods for a warranty claim and be supported by a corresponding order/invoice number.

We DO NOT accept exchange without an invoice.

NOTE: some of the products might be out of stock by the time you request for an exchange, so make sure you contact us first before you start the exchange process.

Our staff will then advise if the problem can be solved with replacement parts, or if the goods must be returned for full repair or replacement.
